Chocolate Toffee Peanut Clusters

With Easter coming, you can never have too much chocolate.  Here is a quick and easy candy recipe.

Take 1 1/2 lbs. chocolate (I got milk chocolate disks at Hobby Lobby), a bag of toffee bits (baking isle of the grocery store) and a 1 lb. jar of salted dry roasted peanuts.  In a microwaveable bowl, melt the chocolate pieces on the defrost setting.  I would melt them for a little bit and then stir and then melt them some more until they were all melted.  Mix in the bag of toffee pieces and salted dry roasted peanuts.  Using a teaspoon, drop teaspoon-sized clumps on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.  Put in the refrigerator to let them harden.  It only takes a couple of minutes.

See how simple!
